A few things to know

  • No standard change-of-mind refund. Mandatory legal rights still apply.
  • Ordinary changes need at least 5 Working Days’ notice. Late changes or no-shows ordinarily use the seat.
  • One transfer to a future available run is allowed before the cutoff. Genuine emergencies may qualify for approved reattendance.

Working Days: Mon–Fri, excluding applicable Malaysian public holidays. See the full terms for conditions and exceptions.

See our Privacy Policy for information about your personal data.

Based on Vertex’s locked standalone-training policy. Final customer wording remains subject to legal and privacy review.

1. Your registration

These review-draft terms cover a standalone paid registration with Vertex Mastery Sdn Bhd. Your order confirmation identifies the purchaser, programme, session, participant, price and payment method. Programme dates and venue must be confirmed before a live purchase.

2. Cancellation and refunds

There is no standard contractual change-of-mind cancellation or refund right. This does not exclude mandatory Malaysian-law rights that apply to your purchase.

3. Changing your participant or programme date

Give us at least five Working Days’ notice before the scheduled programme start. The paying purchaser or company may substitute another eligible participant. You may transfer the seat once to a future available run of the same programme, subject to availability and our scheduling. Further transfers require an approved exception. A substitution or transfer does not create an extra seat or cash refund.

4. Working Days and late changes

Working Days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays applicable at the relevant programme or office location. A request inside the five-Working-Day window, or a no-show without an approved exception, ordinarily means the seat is treated as attended or used.

5. Emergencies

We may approve reattendance at a future run for a genuine emergency or comparable exceptional circumstance. Approval is discretionary and case-specific. We may request reasonable supporting information. Approved reattendance does not create a cash refund or an additional seat or entitlement.

6. If we postpone or reschedule

Your registration transfers to the next reasonably available run of the same programme. We reimburse proven non-refundable flight or accommodation costs booked specifically for the affected programme. Reimbursement is the actual qualifying non-refundable amount, capped at RM250 per affected seat, paid in cash. Reasonable documentary proof is required. This does not cover all consequential travel losses, subject to mandatory Malaysian law.

7. If we cancel without a replacement run

If we cancel and do not provide a reasonably available replacement run, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the affected registration. Applicable law and payment-processing mechanics apply. If a reasonably available replacement run exists, transfer is the standard remedy.

8. Participation and programme materials

We may remove or refuse continued participation for material disruption, abuse, threats, unsafe conduct, unlawful interference or serious programme-rule breaches. Removal ordinarily does not create a refund, credit or replacement entitlement, subject to mandatory law and proportionality. You may not record, copy, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or give unauthorised access to our content or materials without written permission. Reasonable personal notes are permitted unless a programme expressly states otherwise.

9. Outcomes and participant documents

We provide training, education, coaching or facilitation. We do not guarantee a particular business, financial, performance or other outcome unless we expressly provide a specific written guarantee. For physical classes, each participant separately completes the applicable Program Disclaimer before attendance. Any higher-risk activity requires its own release before participation.

10. Photography and video — wording under review

Standard event photography and video may occur for operational, archival, community and marketing purposes. Vertex’s policy direction provides an opt-out mechanism for identifiable marketing use, subject to practical event-capture limitations. The final notice and opt-out process require privacy review before rollout. This checkout does not obtain a blanket media release.
